Hi! I am a lecturer under the School of Computer Science at the University of Edenberg.

I also teach part-time at ZCAS University.

Research Interest

My research interests include:

• Cybersecurity: Focused on threat detection, mitigation strategies, and secure system design.
• Internet of Things (IoT): Investigating security challenges and solutions in IoT environments, including device authentication and data privacy.
• Software Engineering: Studying software development methodologies, quality assurance, and the application of machine learning in software engineering.
• Artificial Intelligence: Applying AI and machine learning algorithms to solve complex problems in various domains.
• Educational Technology: Developing and evaluating technological tools to enhance teaching and learning in computer science education.

• Taught Cyber Security Operations (CIT4351) to full-time, part-time, and distance students (21). Organised and conducted laboratory sessions to familiarise students with commonly used tools in cybersecurity.
• Taught Component and Connection Security (CIT3362) and IoT Fundamentals: IoT Security (CIT3352) to full-time, part-time, and distance students (18).

Project SEARCH (Boston University & University of Zambia)

Application Developer

• Continued work on the SEARCH application.
• Conducted tests on the longitudinal ear dataset to demonstrate application performance with growth as a factor.
• Authored a paper on the growth study results.

• Assisted in developing the Project SEARCH application on the Android platform.
• Worked closely with personnel in Boston to analyse data, interpret analysis, and incorporate changes into the app.
• Worked with Dimagi to ensure smooth integration between the CommCare and SEARCH applications.
